Chief Tosan Atle Aiboni, an accomplished legal professional and dedicated LUCOSA leader, has a clear vision for the growth, inclusion, and sustainability of LUCOSA. With over two decades of experience in corporate law and leadership, Chief Aiboni's MANIFESTO focuses on enhancing communication, expanding health initiatives, bridging alumni and school relationships, and fostering professional growth. His legacy is built on community engagement, strategic development, and the continued success of LUCOSA, as we approach the 40th anniversary of Lumen Christi International High School.
A renewed vision
Chief Aiboni aims to improve communication between LUCOSA members, chapters, and stakeholders through regular updates, newsletters, and streamlined communication systems by taking advantage of effective and efficient use of our digital space.
Aiboni emphasizes the involvement of younger alumni (2001–2024) in leadership roles and decision-making, encouraging active participation in LUCOSA activities.
He plans to expand LUCOSA’s health insurance and promote sports activities to ensure the well-being and fitness of members.
Chief Aiboni proposes the construction of a permanent alumni building on alma mater, representing LUCOSA’s enduring legacy and involvement in school matters proposed to be named after Emeritus Archbishop Patrick E. Ekpu.
Strengthening ties between LUCOSA and Lumen Christi’s administration will foster collaboration in joint projects,mentorship and alignment to drive our vision as the light of Christ.
He seek to expand the B & C through creating professional forums of all members and integrating Lucosa global investment limited and Lucosa cooperative society as drivers this would foster growth and networking
He is committed to growing the Lumen Christi Education Endowment Fund, providing continued support to students and educational projects.
Chief Aiboni seeks to establish more Diaspora chapters, enabling alumni abroad to remain connected and engaged with LUCOSA activities which enhances our value chain giving room for opportunities, sponsorship and endorsement.
Aiboni introduces memory healing programs to help alumni heal from past experiences, fostering stronger relationships within LUCOSA.
Promoting collaborative projects between National, Domestic and Diaspora chapters will strengthen our internal and global LUCOSA presence and network.
He envisions using social media for both engagement and income generation, benefiting the association and its members.
